Sam`s Smokehouse in Fayette

This is always a great place to eat anytime I pass through Fayette. My favorites are the smoked wings, ribs, baked beans and the bbq sauce.

Love sam smoke house. I eat there about twice a week

my husband and i moved from kenosha wisconsin to vernon alabama we have had ribs all over the place but nothing compares to sams i would drive the 850 miles just to get his ribs its like none other you will search and search but you will not find any one any where compare to sams not even close and guess what yall there no sauce its on the side the best ever all i can do is tell you take the drive or if your allready living in alabama and you havent been there shame on you comming home soon and looking foward to those ribs you go sams keep it up and dont go no where lol.......

Smoked wings baby!! Best little smokehouse in Fayette. We even drive from the next town, 30 minutes over to eat Sam's.

Ahhh I love Sam’s! The smoked wings are Amazing! And the bbq sauce is my favorite! Definitely try the smoked turkey legs. Sooo good. And the bbq is great!

I think it’s ok for me to write a review. I’ve been an employee for 10 years. We try so hard to please everyone, we are more than servers we are cooks, therapist, volunteers, mamas, Nanas and so much more. We love our customers. For the most part they love us. Some days the kitchen is over 100 degrees for many days in a row. Thank you thank you thank you to our customers who understand WE ARE HUMANS. Good food at decent price

Always great food and service until yesterday. I have called placed an order, paid for it with a card over the phone for my parents that way I know they have a good meal for a couple of days and all they have to do is go pick it up. I live in Tuscaloosa, so I called yesterday and was told that I could not pay for it over the phone!! Really you are kidding right, person on The other end said that they had a meeting yesterday about the very same thing. I asked her so your are telling me that I have to drive to Fayette to pay for the order. Needless to say I cancelled the order and probably will not go back. Not sure what happened that caused this decision but it seems like they are backing up instead of moving forward . Just saying

Friend recommended this place, service was good, they were very friendly. Not sure that it was worth driving the hour to eat there but if you are traveling through I would definitely stop in.

The bbq pork sandwich meat tasted good but dry.

A friend told me this was the best BBQ in Alabama. No way I could disagree after eating their Ribs & Mustard sauce with the best potato salad I've had in a while. Love eating BBQ when I come down from Omaha, NE:)

Don’t bother. During my 45 minute wait for a to go order for a simple order of 2 sandwiches and a bbq plate, I watched them refill their baked beans from a Bush’s bean can and their homemade potato salad from a Sysco tub. The waits are always ridiculous and growing worse. It would be different if your order was correct or worth the wait.

Friendly service, great environment. Excellent ribs and chicken wings. My barbque sandwich though had mustard in it, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. Great place for friends and family.

If I could give this place more stars I would. Best bbq I've had. They was busy but service was quick. They gave us a little sample of a couple other meats since we're fron out of town. Amazing food!

Best BBQ we have had here so far and the patio salad is amazing!

We eat here a lot. The meat is tender, the mustard based sauce is to die for, and I have not had a side dish here yet that wasn't great. This is easily one of the best barbeque places in Alabama.

This is probably some of the best ribs in the West Central region of Alabama.Everything is delish and the service is wonderful!If you are passing through, you won't regret stopping in for a bite!

The best bbq I’ve had in Alabama - honestly the best I’ve probably had ever. Everything is so rich and flavorful, and I’d marry their mustard based sauce if I could.
